We're open 7 days a week: Monday to Saturday 9am–1pm and 5.30pm–6.30pm, Sunday 9am–12pm. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

We welcome long and short stays — for summer and Bank Holiday weekends, book early to avoid disappointment. Inspections by appointment.

All pets MUST have up-to-date inoculation certificates, produced before boarding.

Our care

We have eight kennels with ample space for large dogs. Every dog stays in a separate kennel. Our premises are fully fenced and secure, and every run — indoor and outdoor — has its own water supply and heating. A vet is on 24-hour call for any emergency.

Happy stay, happy dogs!

Terms & Conditions

  1. 1A current veterinary certificate of vaccination and/or booster is required for inspection on admission, carried out at least 14 days before boarding.
  2. 2No dog will be accepted unless vaccinated against Distemper, Infectious Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus within the last twelve months.
  3. 3Management reserves the right to refuse any dog it believes is not fit and well enough to stay.
  4. 4All dogs are charged for the day of arrival regardless of arrival time. We accept BACS transfers or cash — we do not accept credit/debit cards. Fees are due before collection.
  5. 5Whilst every care is given, management accepts no responsibility for injury due to your animal's behaviour while boarded. Owners may not take dogs into the kennels, for insurance, health & safety and to reduce stress.
  6. 6Your dog's own bedding and toys are welcome, but we cannot guarantee they'll be returned in the same condition.
  7. 7All dogs must be on a lead when brought in, as we accept no responsibility for loss or injury.
  8. 8Collars must be secure so they cannot slip loose. Please mark leads if possible.
  9. 9Bookings are regulated to maintain individual attention; early reservations are needed for summer and peak periods and no provisional bookings are accepted. Reservations are charged for the full period unless cancellation or changes are agreed in time to re-let.
  10. 10At peak times you may be asked for a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your dates, deducted from your final bill.
  11. 11Owners must complete and sign our booking document before any dog is left in our care.
  12. 12Should any animal need treatment, management may call a veterinary surgeon and act on their advice; the cost is met by the owner.
